Dining Arrangements

While meals on Saturday and Sunday are provided by IRC, you may wish to bring some extra cash for dining on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday evenings at local establishments in the Fort Pierce area (i.e Applebees, RJ Gators, Red Lobster, etc.)

Items You Must Bring

• Heavy boots with ankle support - black or tan - 1 pair
• Heavy full-length cargo pants - tan or green - 1 pair
• Tee Shirts - plain color , no logos - 2
• Large towel - 1
• Water-proof Flip Flops - 1 pair
• Rain jacket - 1
• Light jacket - 1
• Backpack - subdued color - 1
• Cloth hat with wide brim (not red) - 1
• Sleeping bag - warm weather - 1
• Hydration system (such as Camelbak or Hydrastorm) - 1
• Flashlight -1 (LED flashlights are recommended)
• Notebooks - 1
• Toiletry Items (including sunscreen, bug spray)
• Work gloves
