SVETLINA 2010 was held at Camp Pepeliste and the Krivolak Training Center in Macedonia from May 17- Amy 29, 2010.

The training scenario involved organizing and conducting a humanitarian response to a major earthquake that struck the village of Musanci in the fictional war-torn country of "Atlantica."

There are certain prerequisites for attending the SVETLINA exercises. Everyone will be living in austere conditions at Camp Pepeliste with little or no telephone or internet contact outside of the training area.

All participants are expected to have completed the required readings, have basic first aid skills, and complete the FEMA online course IS-100 Introduction to the Incident Command System.
